Victorian Picnic 2016

Last night I finished editing the photos from Kat’s wonderful Victorian picnic, which took place in June. This year’s theme was “seaside,” and Kat went all out with the nautical decorations. Plus, a lot of attendees wore blue and white costumes, which added to the mood. The weather was decent, not too hot and no rain. Kat’s party is always a highlight of the summer, and this year was another one to remember!

I re-wore my 1910s princess line dress, which I made for a Downton Abbey event a couple years ago. The lightweight cotton was good for the warmer temperature, and afterwards it laundered by machine very easily. Bonus!
