Last Saturday was this year’s installment of the Birthnight Ball at Gadsby’s Tavern Museum, a 1790s ball in honor of George Washington’s birthday. As with last year, we started with dinner at the nearby Warehouse Bar and Grill, and then walked to the museum for a lovely couple hours of dancing. Great fun, as always!

Maggie and her husband Doug. Maggie wore a necklace from my Etsy shop, In the Long Run Designs.
Mike wore with his black wool tailcoat (which I have reworked the collar of, yet again!) and a linen checked waistcoat.
I wore my silk blue overgown for the first time in a while, accessorized with a festoon necklace that I made.
